AI & Responsible Use Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2026 | Last Updated: July 28, 2026
1. Purpose
This policy outlines APMF Group’s approach to the responsible design, development, and use of artificial intelligence and automation solutions in our client work.
2. Our Approach to AI
APMF uses AI and automation tools to support the design, development, testing, and delivery of client solutions, with human oversight throughout each engagement.
3. Transparency
Where appropriate, APMF will inform clients when artificial intelligence forms a material part of a solution or deliverable.
4. Client Control
Clients remain the owners of their data. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, APMF processes client data only for the purposes of delivering the agreed services.
5. Data Usage
APMF does not use confidential client information or client datasets to train generalized AI models or solutions for other clients without the client’s explicit written authorization.
6. Human Oversight
AI-assisted outputs used in client work are reviewed by our team before being relied upon or delivered, rather than deployed without human review.
7. Accountability
APMF remains accountable for the solutions we design and deliver. Artificial intelligence is used as a tool to support our services, but responsibility for project governance, solution quality and client outcomes remains with APMF and our clients as defined in our contractual agreements.
8. Client Confidentiality
Any client data processed using AI tools as part of our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality terms agreed with the client.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected here with a new “Last Updated” date.
