The work
Large public skills programmes fail in the gaps between workstreams: technology, operations, training delivery and reporting to the sponsor. APMF was engaged to coordinate a Labour Activation Programme of this scale — keeping the organisation in ownership of the outcome while we ran the delivery system.
The programme sits under APMF’s PMO governance framework: structured risk management, RAID reporting, and PRINCE2 and Agile certified leadership on the ground.
